Bodrum Takeaway — Restaurant in North Hertfordshire

I wouldn't order from them again and I wouldn't feed my dog the food there... Order my food at 19.30 pm for two Bodrum specials and a king size burger meal, the burger meal and one of the Bodrum special kebabs turned up. I called them back to say that some of my order was missing and they claimed that I didn't order the missing part, the guy on the phone didn't even apologie to me and said that they would do me another Bodrum special again but free of charge. By this point I was getting really annoyed and also being a type 1 diabetic it was getting really late for me to eat and take my medication. I again called back see where my order was and by this time the driver had turned up. I answered the door to the driver and he charged me again after I told him that this meal was a free of charge, even tho the very rude guy on the phone told me it was free of charge. I than called back the takeaway The guy on the end of the phone said that I had to pay and was getting very rude to me and was starting to shout at me in his own language. I was getting very angry as I still hadn't eaten and by this time I was unable to eat so I've had my medicine thinking I was going to eat something for my tea. I explained to the guy on the phone that I now couldn't eat and he said it wasn't his problem and again started to shout at me in his own language. I will not go back to order from that takeaway ever again, the staff are rude and have no manners or phone skills either. Worst experience!! If I was you I would avoid ordering from this take away!!!!! Discusting...

I visited this place recently and ordered a halloumi wrap as a meal. Initially, the staff member told me they don’t offer it as a meal, but then agreed to make it one for me, which I appreciated. I also added a tomato, mushroom, and pepper skewer on the side. However, I was shocked when the bill came to £20. When I questioned why it was so expensive, the worker said the items weren’t on the menu as a set, so he charged me for a mixed kebab instead which made no sense considering I clearly ordered a vegetarian option. On top of that, I was told the vegetable skewer alone cost £7, which seems really excessive for just a few veggies on a stick. I left feeling confused and overcharged. If items aren’t on the menu, customers should be informed clearly about the pricing before being charged such high amounts. Definitely not good value for money, and I wouldn’t return based on this experience also the wrap was soggy I wouldn’t...

Waited almost 2 hours for our delivery. Food was cold and 2 out of the 3 dishes ordered had hair in them!!! Called and asked for a full refund which was declined....asked for my order to be re delivered without the hair and 2 hour wait which was declined....and then had the guy on the phone justify his refusal of the above with ‘ none of my staff have hair’.....absolute joke, horrendous customer service....went to bed very hungry, out of pocket and pissed off to say the least....would never order from here again and would advice all to avoid like...
