Costa Coffee — Restaurant in North Norfolk

Numerous times lately me and my partner have visited each time, staff spend more time chatting to each other rather than greeting customers or acknowledging customers stood waiting. Place is not clean, every table is waiting to be cleared even during quieter times. Coffee not as good as previously years with previous staff. Partner had to wait over 15 minutes for a sausage bap to be toasted, to find out server hadn't even toasted it, again too busy talking to each other. Staff definitely need customer service training aswell as how to make a decent coffee. Won't be returning. If i could put zero stars I would. Definitely gone down hill over the...

On a rainy Sunday morning, on long weekend away, we travelled 20 minutes (10 miles of lovely country B roads) south from Wells-next-the-Sea (which has no Costa Coffee shop) to this little Costa Coffe shop in Fakenham. It was busy, but despite there only being one experienced Barista, with the other staff very new - so we had a little wait- the Barista and her staff were very friendly and helpful. Oh, and the Cappuccino's and the Mocca were perfect!!! The whole experience made the round trip well worth...

Asked for a frappe, and was told there was no ice? Chose something else and sat down, 2 minutes later it gets busy and someone else orders a frappe and suddenly they have ice!! Ridiculous!!

Ordered a tea, but was given a dirty plate and no milk, my girlfriend ordered a latte and was given a spoon way too small to be usable, ordered separate food but was only given one plate.

The whole restaurant had rubbish everywhere, tables not cleaned up and dirty seats. Really seemed like the staff do not care...
