For a company that prides itself on customer service, claiming to "treat everyone with fairness, consideration and respect" on their website, perhaps employees should be taught the basics of customer service. Suzie at the Greggs in Miller's walk clearly hasn't read the Greggs values, she's never smiling, never kind, never happy. The bacon roll and cappuccino were perfectly acceptable and a bargain at £2.25 for both. Not so good was the fact that there were only two staff on and they were rushed off their feet as a horde of cyclists defended on the place.
