Shocking. We had an order with 5 large rolls. We were told to wait outside by the church wall and they'll bring it to us. We waited 25 minutes for our order. A group of people after us got theirs. When we queried it and mentioned how long we waited she argued that it hasn't been that long and didn't want to deal with resolving it.
