I went to Cromer branch of McDonalds. What a disappointment with their quarter pounder burger, but even worse with one of the managers there. When I looked at my burger closely, the amount of onion and gurkins was ridiculous, like somebody just made that burger in a hurry throwing few bits in there just for the sake of it. I was the only one for a while to order, so they haven't got any excuse that they were busy. If you look at their image McDonald's advertises of how the quarter pounder suppose to be, you would see that the amount of onion and gurkins is substantially more than in mine. I wanted to speak with the manager and a girl cleaning went to call him. Finally he arrived to only try to give me explanation that the amount of gurkins and onion should be whatever gramms, which obviously they weren't not to mention that we couldn't measure them! He said how much but at that point I wasn't even listening, thinking why is he telling me this when it's obvious they didn't do it properly so I just went away telling him that I will leave a bad review because of that. It's not in my nature to look for some sort of "revenge" but I couldn't believe that this youngster could be one of the managers and have no customer skills whatsoever. He immediately backfired throwing at me that he doesn't care about the review and that now he is not going to do anything about my poor made quarter pounder. This girl cleaning in McDonald's proved to be more customer conscious that the manager, answering my questions on where to recycle everything! If McDonalds gave this young man a job he doesn't know how to do and has no idea of how to deal with customers especially in situations where it's obvious that they didn't do a proper job, than perhaps they deserve the one star review! The cheeseburgers had no onions. 1 staff member running from one window to another! I'm sure mcdonalds can afford another staff member regardless of how many customers coming in. When going in drive thru they don't give you any napkins, I've complained about this before! I'm not a animal. Worst mcdonalds ever , hired all the little thugs in Cromer who don't wash there hands and have no care for peoples food. Girls your not at work to look pretty. Wear a haie net and stop hanging your hair all over or food.
Different branch same owner but norwich airport and cromer are night and day difference the service is great at airport and I've never had a mistake after growing up in Norwich 22 years but since cromers been open the past 2/3 years I've had numerous messages ups.

Ordered through the app waited about 10mins for my food which is pretty good, 3 minute drive home to find the food was cold and the WRONG food at that! Ordered a large quarter pounder with cheese meal....got a BBQ quarter pounder, ordered a large latte and got 3/4 of a cup of cappuccino 😏 NO MORE CHANCES! I'd rather drive to Norwich airport for my food! UPDATE A year on from my review, nothing has changed, in fact the drive thru has got worse. I waited 10mins at the order point for someone to answer saying 'hello' every couple of minutes, there was a large queue, one queue was going down all people that had joined the queue after myself and the car behind! I was told over the mike that 'you'll have to wait I'm doing both queues!' Why were they not alternating between the queues?!
