I just wanted to take the time to drop your team a message of appreciation & recognition.

Myself & my partner (along with our newborn baby) popped in today for bacon sandwiches & coffee.

I don’t usually go out of my way to message but the service from your team was outstanding, particularly David & his lovely colleague Demi.

David had saw us approaching the door & opened it to help us in with the warmest of welcomes. He was super attentive & his customer service throughout was exemplary & something that is seldom said nowadays.

Demi was also super kind & too showed us impeccable service.

It was a true privilege to see two colleagues both working so effectively together, but more so how much care & love they put into their work.

Customer service can be thankless at times & hospitality can be cruel, with hard work going unrecognised & under appreciated.

I am truly grateful for the service from your team today & please ask that you pass this message of thanks on to them.

As a business owner I know how integral the right employees are & how the people make the company thrive or fall. Without a doubt I’d hire both on the spot! Please treasure them, it’s been a very long time since I saw such dedicated individuals, they are the soul of your business without a doubt.

What a truly fantastic find!

Wow! We’ve had many afternoon teas but the one we had today was great value (£27.50 each) and every single morsel was delicious. The bread in the sandwiches were soft and fresh, the fillings were tasty, the egg mayonnaise was amazing. The homemade sausage roll and quiche was scrumptious. A cheese and savoury scone with an onion relish and jam all home made.

The cakes were amazing, my husband had a look of sheer delight when he bit into each of them, by then I was stuffed. A box was given to take home my tasty treats for later!

David and the chef (owner) are very friendly and attentive.

We’ve booked for lunch tomorrow the braised beef lasagna seemed too...

We had such a lovely and very fresh lunch today. I had the chicken Caesar salad and my wife had the prawn sandwich with side salad. Both were gorgeous but the Caesar salad was probably the best I’ve ever had. I MYSELF made a mistake when ordering my wife’s food but they sorted it for me straight away. Excellent service and extremely friendly staff. A must place to visit if you’re hungry in Cromer Norfolk. Car park directly opposite. Dog...
