Baan Thai — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

I have ordered from here on several occasions and was very pleased with the food and service. However on the last two occasions our meals took ridiculously long delivery times when told 45 mins they weren't here at the 1 hour 30 mins mark and had to ring to see where it was. On both occasions our food was cold and considering how much we paid I was expecting our deliver on time and hot. When ringing up to complain that our food was cold and very late too I was told that we have no control over what direction the delivery driver takes!!! Not really the answer or attitude you would expect. No offer to replace the food or refund given. Although we had great experiences before, we won't be coming back after two terrible experiences and shocking customer service. And after reading your other reviews, it was brought to your staff's attention and that was worse...

There is a reason why this restaurant is empty. The soup was white sugar water. Not sure if they know Tom Kha Khai is supposed to have chicken. Small portions and over priced. My wife seafood was spoilt by the amount of salt. Seafood is not fresh but frozen. My red curry beef was served in a small bowl with and even small portion of beef. My wife asked for some seafood to be added to the prawns and they charged an extra 12 pounds. At least the Singa beer was cold best I could say. Not sure why a Thai restaurant has Chinese decor 🤔 Food looks nothing like to pictures on here. Complaint made at paying buy waitress just...

In here for dinner the other night. Ordered a White Russian to be sent this half empty glass of milk. Took nearly 20 minutes for us to get served and then I had asked to have my White Russian returned as I wasn’t paying £6,50 for a half full glass of juice to which the waitress decided to instead argue with me and insist that this is how they are made and this is how they should look. Ordering plenty of White Russians from restaurants in my lifetime I’ve never been handed anything as half arsed as I was in this restaurant.

Food was average and really far from the £25 spent for our meals. Won’t be back...
