Every single time I order pizza from here I specifically ask for no peppers or onions on my smokehouse pizza, yet every single time it’s arrives it seems to have both toppings on it. There’s a box on the app to add additional information such as dietary requirements, which clearly is never read. To top it all off last time I went in and ordered in person to specifically ask for neither of the toppings and still somehow ended up with one of the unwanted toppings. I understand this is quite a petty thing but if this was an ingredient someone was allergic to and ended up on there pizza then they could no longer eat there food or potential have an accident. First time using this service, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience.

I placed my order at 18:45 and was given the option to select a delivery time. I received an email confirmation stating my food would arrive between 19:30 and 19:45. However, by 20:20, there was still no sign of my order, and I had to call to check on the status. At that point, I decided to cancel.

The food may be great, but I’ll never know due to the poor service. A simple update notifying me of a delay would have made...

First time using pure gold female making the pizza was lovely. U can smell hi good the pizza is outside. I got a small ham & Pineapple pizza n it was Amazing.
