Valentines dinner, was expecting usual pre made special occasion food. Totally surprised! Food was amazing , we started with garlic & chilli king prawn , mixture of spice & taste was perfect. Next I had chorritto chicken supreme, excellent, wife had sea bream , she was very happy with taste & size of the dish. Finally, I had raspberry ruffle cheese cake , good but I was a bit too full to appreciate it. She had boozy ice cream ( baileys on ice cream) We both had a fantastic evening with great food ,great service & totally value for money. ÂŁ55 Per couple including glass of bubbly on arrival. Even the bottle of wine was nice. Highly recommended, superb .

We went to the bar side for meals due to the back shed one is closed. Took a while to be seated as there's no-one on the counter. Food was okay but Carbonara was so bland and tasteless, couldn't eat it. Ordered Strawberry ice-cream, I would like the waitress to tell us there's no strawberry before she gave us ice-cream with strawberry sauce on our table. Waitress customer service needs to be improved, she was busy chatting away with other table who seems to be friends but hardly, willing to speak when ordering food. Bad experience for us, not nice experience 😕

Beautiful food & reasonable prices! Sunday deal great value with 2 or 3 courses and kids eat free. All dishes are really nice but the roasts & sticky chilli chicken are family favs. The starter garlic prawns really good too.

Very disappointed. Dinner was lovely but dessert was so small, smaller than a typical dessert portion one would expect, and for 5.50 it really wasn’t worth the money. We called the restaurant to inform of this, at first they had offered possible refund, we had said either that or if another dessert could be sent up, in the end we were only offered to get a “free” dessert the next time we order. First of we have paid for a dessert that we did not get an appropriate portion for, so this wouldn’t be free as it’s to fix this dessert issue. Also we have no plans to order any time soon, but we won’t be ordering again. We informed we were not happy with this outcome but they didn’t seem interested in trying to fix it. Comparing the photo of the desert sent to other photos on here it’s...

I was looking forward to having a steak it was on the Christmas menu but was told they had no steak I then asked for a burger was told they had none my husband had ordered braised beef so I said I would have that then I was told they only had enough for one. I ended up having turkey and ham I asked for chips I would not have gave them to my dog they looked as if they had been cooked earlier then reheated my husband was soposed to get champ with his meal it never came he had to go and ask for it half way through his meal. and as for the pear cheese cake it was more a pear crumble. never ever be back. iv been trying to ring them from 12 noon today no one answers the phone. very...

Writing as a regular customer, regarding the staff approach to public. I recently visited the Antrim Ruby’s bar with a friend and was made feel very unwelcome. Staff members pursued us over wearing a mask yet she wasn’t wearing a mask even though my friend was exempted from wearing one and had mentioned this. The manager spoke to us in a very unwelcoming and inflexible way. His derogatory comments to my friend resulted in us leaving to go to another bar, which was much more relaxed and friendly. The overall general atmosphere within Ruby’s Antrim rates among the worst in the town I am sorry to say. Ruby’s was a bar I always enjoyed going to and unfortunately I feel I will have to choose elsewhere to go...
