Burger King — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Cleanliness was excellent, there was a young man constantly sweeping ,mopping and wiping as well as opening doors for customers. The girl taking the order was pleasant and helpful . I haven't been to burger king in years and so was unfamiliar with the menu. She helped me choose a little meal which was right for me. Unfortunately the kitchen didn't live up to the same expectations. My barbeque cheese burger came with out any barbeque sauce or any cheese. A trip to the counter, problem explained and I handed over my poor shriveled forlorn beef patties. A minute later I was handed it back. Sadly when I unwrapped it at my table I found there was a tiny squirt if barbeque sauce which covered perhaps one third of the burger and the wrapper but also there was still no cheese. Giving up I ate my meal while it was still warm. Servers and housekeeping five stars, kitchen, a definite could do better . For clarification I was there mid afternoon and the restaurant was not busy so that cannot be used...

As a long existing brand name, most adults realise that the value of the product is over-priced, especially when viewing the beautifully presented potential with the variety of photos. In a time when we condemn packaging, usually plastics, Macdonalds might consider smaller bags and containers that reflect the portions. However, quantity aside, after dubious tastings smaller quantities might be a subtle indication of what you are in for. Cravings for the good old trustworthy Wimpy burger. Constantly promoting healthy eating habits have been taken to the extreme, the meat is fresh, I could swear it was moo-ing. The luxury of employment for some of the staff is lost, as reflected by the lack of discipline, politeness and appreciation for customers. Came here with my disabled mum through the drive through, our first time coming here in years so we asked questions about the menu and were met with attitude from the staff member who was taking our order, not only did he miss items but he also got half our order wrong too when we collected it. When we arrived at the collection window he was not serving us but was behind our server with other staff members, after looking at us and saying something to the other staff members around him they all looked and started laughing. Safe to say we will not be back and not only does my mum feel bullied she’s embarrassed. Such disgusting behaviour from such an establishment.
