Unfortunately, the place is beyond expectations🤬🤬 for the third time and the same comments. It is clear that the operators really believe that going is only for coffee or tea and they neglect that the basis is going to sit in a clean place and meet others. After that comes the going for the taste of the coffee, which I find very, very ordinary and the prices are exaggerated in terms of value for the price and there is nothing special in it really. I hope that they pay more attention to the cleanliness of the place.

Worst Oak Milk Latte I was extremely disappointed. I paid £4.35 for a take away Oak Milk Latte Wed 4th June at 4.30pm. The oat milk was overheated and too much froth on top. Taste of burnt watery coffee under the froth. I believe the Barrista hurried the process. I ended up throwing the coffee in the bin. I usually get an oat milk Latte from Lisburn Road Caffe Nero and it is very nice there.

The drinks here are good, and the service is great. However... if you wonder what the funny smell is, it's because of the images below. I cannot understand how this is building code, it's frankly disgusting and is basically an open sewer. For those that don't know, in a building there is a vent that goes OUTSIDE of the building that stops gasses building up in the pipes.

Love the coffee, its strong coffee and not overly milky. Some coffee shops make Mocha's that taste more like hot chocolate which I hate, Nero's is different they make proper Mochas that taste like they should and not like hot chocolate or a intense milky drink.

Cafe Nero's also does great sandwiches and have vegetarian options as well as meaty option which is great when you are having lunch with a vegetarian sibling or friend. The only thing they fall down on is the variety of sweet treats they have to go with the coffee. It is mostly cakes like chocolate, red velvet sponge and carrot cake which for me is all a little too sweet.

They also offer soya milk which is an alternative to milk from a cow. They also have one or two gluten free sweet treats. It isnt a big selection but at least...

Honestly such a lovely gentleman today in the forestside Caffè Nero store I didn’t get his name but he was wearing a trainee barista t shirt and he was amazing.

I had done an order on the app for a collection of a sandwich but when I came it was out of stock. They were extremely busy as the other coffee shop across the road (Costa) had issues and their coffee machines broke down.

He was so apologetic and ensured I got sorted asking me if I wanted a complimentary drink or what else he could get me I didn’t want anything else so when I picked an alternative sandwich he came back to me with 2 fully stamped cards for free coffees to use the next time I was in.

His mannerisms and personality was so lovely I can’t...

Visited the store today after ordering online via the app. Waited until the prep time had passed and then enquired with staff about my order. To then be informed they had cancelled it due to not having mint syrup. No apologies, no can we substitute, no email from the app or push notifications about it being cancelled. Very poor service.

Ordinarily I wouldn't mind, but this isn't a one off. The last time I ordered in this store via the app, I waited way past the prep time, then someone asked was I OK. When I explained they checked the computer and informed me that my order had just come through.

Sorry but its too slow. Watching people come in after me and get their drink and away is really...
