Im actually surprised more reviews haven't been left here on how terrible the customer service is. I was with my mum who is in a wheelchair which first off was an issue given that there is not much room between tables and the food fridges (we didnt realise this before entering the queue but regardless should be more accessible). We had never been here before so unsure how everything operated. I had a number of items on my tray to which the lady totted everything up, I then interrupted and said I would like to order some hot food, she said 'what do you want?' Looking at me like I had 4 heads as if it was a shock id asked for additional food. My mum wanted a breakfast wrap which I ordered with the response 'were there any wraps in the fridge?' To which I responded that it was my first time here and didn't know that's where I needed to lift it from. Read moreMe and my husband decided to go into the cafe and it wasn’t what we were expecting. when we joined the queue it didn’t seem to be moving at all and the fridges were close to empty in some parts.
When we did get to the till the service was not what you would expect from M&S, there was a young girl with glasses who served us and was not pleasant at all and when asked if there was soup basically snarled at us. The coffees we ordered were quite nice but took some time to be made. The staffing was atrocious as were the tables.

Called in with my wife today for coffee. She ordered coffee, tea and two scones. When she asked for the scones to be heated, the lady taking the order (older lady with relatively short grey hair and glasses) visibly rolled her eyes and said out loud: 'for God's sake' 😂. Such a ridiculous response for a basic request.
