After ordering by app we waited an hour and a half to get the food, eventually after calling down to the ballyclare branch and 2 extra phone calls to get our order. The food was cold by the time we got it. I contacted the local store manager twice and was guaranteed of a refund this never happened. Then to give dominos a fair chance to correct their customer service I contacted their complaints department which was useless and closed the complaint as they couldn't find the order which is a bit confusing as they took the money no problem. Absolutely terrible service. I couldn't recommend more to have no dealings with them as they are more than happy to take your money for over priced cold food then refuse a refund even thought they told me originally there was no problem. Dispite telling them all information requested how an organisation with this size of infrastructure can't find the order is unfathomable considering that in 2018, the then CEO explained that the company is âas much a tech company as we are a pizza companyâ with half its 800 employees in its headquarters working in software and analytics! This must be purposed for profit and not customer care considering they can't find an order or phone calls made even though all calls are recorded thus can be traced by phone number and time? All I can say is the customer service is a total joke and obviously a company who doesnt stick to its word. Unfortunately I can't rate a zero. This is now gone on over a month so I have been very generous with the timescale. I will definitely be using and recommending elsewhere in future.    Read moreReviewed this place a while back and it wasnât a good experience. However 7 months later I decided to try the branch again. It was amazing! Food is 5 stars and the delivery time was great. I hope they keep these standards up as with so many takeaways in Ballyclare it is very easy to forget about dominos. I am happy with my experience this time and the app seems to have even more deals which is great.
Old review - Waited for nearly two hours for our order which I placed on the dominos app. When I rang to enquire, the woman, who was polite and friendly apologised and said, âon busy periods the app doesnât register with our screensâ. Retook the order and it arrived 40 minutes later. Food was great! Got complimentary sides which was kind of her. However was missing my bottle of coke.
