Domino's Pizza - Ballymena — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Dominos used to offer an excellent service during its previous management but it's slowly becoming something else now since it was bought over. How do you explain sitting in with your family only for your order to be given to someone else just when your name had popped up for collection after you'd paid and waited for 20minutes? And to think the staff didn't even offer any explanation or apology but carelessly told us we had to wait another 18minutes for them to make another pizzas for us. This happened in ballymena tonight! I asked for a refund and told them I couldn't wait. Still waiting for my Money to show in my account though. But yous really need to do better in your ballymena branch. The pricing itself is even ridiculous. That you'd buy one large pizza for £10 but 2 for £22.98? Who does that? I'm not even talking about the cleanliness of the place. 1 star isn't low enough. Arrived to collect 2 pizzas and 2 sides as soon as I was notified. Greeted by 6 staff members doing very little other than convercing slagging my name. Then told one of my sides hadn't been put on and told it would be a further 10 minutes. When I asked about my pizzas I was demeaningly and sarcastically snarled at that the pizzas were under a heat lamp and would remain warm. I returned after the 10 minutes to collect my order, only to notice that one of my sides were missing, upon bringing this up they stated 'they forgot, it would be a further 10 minutes'. Eventually got the order, returned home (10minute journey) pizzas inedible- stone cold. Best about TOTALLY wrong Pizza's, different name on the boxes entirely. Tried calling over 30 times in total to be cut off a various stages of the call and not actually get through once. Total shambles, WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED from any...

Absolutely horrific customer service and relations. (From my own experience) Bought a £34 deal with 2 pizzas, 2 sides and a can of coke. When collecting I had to wait an additional 10 mins for one pizza while the others got cold. When I eventually received my order I soon found out it wasn’t my own. Both pizzas had other peoples names on them and only 1 of the sides was correct. I give them their dues, at least the coke was the correct colour. Upon noticing this when I got home, I was offered a refund for the unfortunate mix up. 2.5 weeks later and 4 phone calls later it’s still not here! Doubt I’ll see it. I just wish there was an easier complaints procedure were people are held to account. Too wishy washy and nothing properly investigated. Won’t win any awards for customer service...
