Stayed at the hotel and had the opportunity to have 2 meals:

  1. French toast with berries on the lobby menu in afternoon was AMAZING so was the sparkling raspberry lemonade mocktail. Service from the restaurant and bartender both very sweet and helpful. Great experience including the music to set the mood.

  2. Dinner warm beet and goat cheese salad with soft and sweet beet puree was a dish that i never wanted to end ;) i don’t normally like beets but this was out of this world, the best soft creamy goat cheese i have ever had. For this newly arrived chef who is so talented, the vegetable curry vegetables were excellent, however the sauce needs something, it’s a just a bit dull for how this chef’s other dishes are stunning both on the palate and in presentation which is as top top as a michelin starred restaurant (so i’m wondering if a sous chef made the sauce?). home made cheesecake and ice cream was just divine.

Only one recommendation: as sweet as they are, would be helpful if servers both for the lobby menu and the restaurant would make eye contact with the customer every time they enter the room to see if anything is needed. Somehow the training of the server staff doesn’t match the quality of this amazing new chef and training is management’s responsibility? This would make the customers feel...

Launched in the restaurant on16th Nov. On entering we were not shown to a seat, a waiter brought us 3 a menu each and didn't ask us if we wanted a drink. I went to the bar and ordered drinks but had to wait for the staff to finish chatting. I brought the drinks to the table in two trips as the bar staff watched before continuing chatting. Eventually our order was taken and it arrived very quickly. I had carbonara which was swimming in water, the wife had chowder in which the sauce was made from cream and cornflower ... tasteless. Her father had place coujons and chips which he enjoyed but luckily he does not eat much. The only good thing was that the place was warm. Will...

A delightful stay at the Haslam prompted myself and a work colleague to try out the Haslam Kitchen.

Food was delicious and arrived after not too much of a wait.

A varied amount of options to choose from which aren't badly priced...

Skaniai pavalgėme įdomius patiekalus, aptarnavimas buvo puikus, interjeras originalus, o pats viešbutis patogus ir jaukus
