KFC Lisburn - Omniplex Centre — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Used to be a decent KFC so we gave it a fair few chances in the last 6 months. Drive thru - take your money then tell you items aren't available, no alternatives offered unless YOU push for them. Repeated order a number of times and you still get the wrong thing. I can't imagine how frustrating this would be for someone hard of hearing or not confident in using drive through systems. Food - chips seem to be available immediately with piles sitting in bags. Chicken not so much. Inside or sit in - unclean, tables not cleared (customers should do this themselves but when not staff should be on the ball to clear and clean). Plenty of staff on tills. Be good to see more on the floor and even directing queues of people congregating staring aimlessly st the menus before silently staring down staff to take their order. Order has been wrong far too many times so unfortunately I'll not be back. I do hope it improves but without a deepclean, staff training and decent management this kfc is in danger of a...

Posting this publicly but will also be making a letter of complaint regarding this. This store is staffed by very rude people.

I attended this evening on foot toy try and get meal the door was locked, knocking on the door got me dirty looks and a finger across the throat gesture.

When I called their number, the girl at the till gestured at the phone pointed at me and repeated her gesture.

They eventually answered and shouted aggressively that they where closed, I asked why they had customers inside their answer changed. When asked why they made the universal gesture for "you're dead" I was lied to and told that KFC advise their staff to draw a finger across their throats to indicate that the dining room is closed.

Sign on door said takeaway only. Customers in dining room. Queue at people waiting to get in Staff making threatening gestures. Still was apparently in the wrong for calling and asking for clarification.

Honestly, not good...

We haven't been to a KFC for about 3 years or so as we felt the food was not great. We decided to try the KFC at Lisburn Omniplex on 4th Oct to see if things had improved. Alas, this was not the case! We ordered to eat in and found the general state of cleanliness poor. There were a group of 6 teenagers seated near us and they were loud, cursing and being idiots. Staff ignored this and allowed them to continue their four language. We got our food which left a lot to be desired! The burgers were literally thrown together with an overload of sauce, chicken and hashbrown sliding out of the bun. The chicken was like rubber and had to be pulled apart as you couldn't bite into it. Hardly any chips and for 2 of us, nearly £20. Bins full to overflowing and thd staff showing no interest in customer interaction or hygiene.... This was our very last visit to KFC. I do not...
