KFC Carrick - Belfast Road — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Not long away from this kfc, but spent a long time in it waiting to be served by a woman who wasn't acknowledging anyone in the place, people even walked back out which should have been a sign. however, we stayed and when we finally got served, she took my phone to scan the promo code then tried to charge us £17.99 for an £11.99 meal, there seemed to be some confusion trying to place the order so another member of staff came to help her. Once that was sorted the other member of staff took my phone again for the code AFTER the order had been done then printed out 3 receipts which she told me she needed to keep so I didn't get a receipt, after that she had to shout at the original server because she was telling the guys in the kitchen the wrong order. When the order finally came the server put it all on a tray and called us to collect it, she then had to take it away again because she had already been told our order was to take out so she had to pack it all. When we got it home the chicken had obviously been lying about and fried over and over because it was like boot leather & dry as a bone. You couldn't even taste the kfc flavouring it had been fried that much. In fact, what we could taste was like disinfectant off the chicken. someone needs to sort this place out because the people working in it haven't a clue what...

Went in one evening during the week. Placed my order and sat down. Delivery driver's were coming in and complaining about food missing. Waiting approximately 40 mins and still no sign of my order. I spoke to a member of staff. He apologized and said it wouldn't be too long. 3 people came in to speak to the manager after they drove through the drive thru and complained about the wrong meals or short of meals. The staff member apologized and said it won't be too long. Another one of the customers came in and complained. They had messed up his order for the third time and he was only ordering for himself and his disabled son. I had asked to speak to the manager but was told that they were busy cooking in the back. I told the member of staff just to cancel my order and give me a refund. He took my receipt £35 and whatever odds there was and tried to short change me by £10. I corrected him and got the full amount back. I left the KFC. Ordered by phone to the Cod House Carrickfergus. By the time I drove to the Cod House (5 minutes), our collection was ready. That's what I call service. NOT SURE WHAT IS GOING ON AT THE KFC. Don't think I will be back. Ps I will not mention the other occasions when I was short of my orders. Subway or Cod House. You...

Hapened today at around 5.30

Placed takeaway order, the girl behind the counter missed a meal off the order even though I asked her to check it was included 4 times. She then rang it through separately, and she didnt give a receipt for either so I cant lodge complaint via kfc as i have no store number or order numbers. The meal that was rang in seperately was set on counter after 10 minutes as a dine in meal & a good 20 minutes before the rest of the order was ready, when she realised that the 2 orders were connected there was no apology or offer of a new meal was made she lifted the meal off the tray and put it in the takeaway bag, she then also forgot the gravy and one of the ice creams with the order and needed to be reminded twice about them.

There was no sorry and she just tutted everytime i needed to remind her about something had forgotten.

Arrived home to find she had gotten order wrong and only given us a 3 piece meal instead of a 3 piece variety meal and needless to say one meal was absolutely freezing as it had been sitting long before the rest of the order was ready &...
