We popped in after a day out in the hope we could get a table without booking. As it was a bit earlier than a 'normal tea time' we were seated with no problem; I don't know what it would've been like if we turned up at 7pm.
We were greeted and seated as soon as we walked in, given menus and time to have a quick look before a waiter came over to take our drink order; the drinks arrived promptly. Enough time was left for us to choose from the extensive choices, my husband always has a few questions regarding ingredients and the waiter was knowledgeable enough to reassure him the chef would be mindful. My husband had a Vindaloo and I had a Vegetable Korma.
The food arrived in good time, hot, and smelling divine, and placed on a heated server.
The food was absolutely delicious and plentiful, I couldn't eat all of mine, but I didn't want it to go to waste, so I asked to take it home. The waitress took it and returned it in takeaway containers, and I certainly enjoyed it for lunch the next day!
The serving staff were attentive without being intrusive.

Read moreEmbarking on a delightful culinary journey in Carrickfergus, I found myself at Little India—a hidden gem boasting an array of enticing dishes. I kicked off my gastronomic adventure with the Delicious Duck Spring Rolls, a crispy delight that unfolded into an explosion of savoury goodness with each bite.

Read moreAbsolutely amazing experience all around! Went out for dinner with my family and we all had a wonderful time. The staff are all so attentive and friendly, ensuring we enjoyed ourselves to the greatest potential. I had the Chicken Rogan Josh and absolutely loved it - the only issue I had was that I couldn't possibly eat any more as the portions were so plentiful, but the staff were kind enough to bag our leftovers for later - my eyes were bigger than my belly in this instance! My brother had the Chicken Bhuna and Mum had the Chicken Korma, and we all agreed we'd absolutely come back as the food was divine!
A special mention goes out to staff member Samantha who went above and beyond for us in her customer service - she is an absolute credit to Little India Carrickfergus!
We can't wait to come...
