Martha's Vineyard — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Went for dinner Easter Sunday, worried as such a busy day, it might not be the best idea.. But I was wrong to worry.. Our server that evening a young lady named klara was exceptional.. I was so impressed, young but friendly and accommodating, nothing was a bother.. I don't normally do reviews... Not sure anyone really reads them lololololol But I wanted to come on here to leave her a review.. Our evening was fabulous not single error.. My son was late to join us and late to order but she ensured we were all served at exactly the same time.. Such a capable young lady.. Wouldn't recommend for larger bookings. Order for food was taken whilst playing bowls. Table was booked for 8 o'clock but we didn't get seated until near 9 o'clock. Starters for the adults came out with 2 out of 7 children's meals. Had to remind staff on 3 occasions that we were still waiting on the children's meals bearing in mind this was well after 9 o'clock, meantime food was leaving the kitchen for other tables. Food wasn't great either, cold and dried out. Very poorly organised. I understand that it was a Saturday evening and a large booking but am sure not the first time this has been accomplished. Would leave one star if possible. Beautiful restaurant but food was terrible. Salt and chilli chicken was just dried up bits of chicken, salmon unseasoned, pitta bread chicken was like something from a cheap takeaway at 3am with sauce poured all over the top, steaks were actually nice but way over cooked. They weren't sent back as I don't believe in dumping food. No complaints were made in fact because it was our sons birthday. Dark haired Waitress had a shocking attitude and was very rude, hence a small tip. Told twice to leave at 8.30 even though they weren't busy.
