The Ranch — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

We ordered 2 American fry's. Firstly we were given a 40 min wait time.1 hour 45 mins later it arrived. We understood at this point as it is Mother's day and expected them to be busy. But the fry's were missing quite a few components like 2x hash brown , 2x sausage and had added 2 x beans and 2 x mushrooms and recieved just 1 of each. As expected it was absolutely freezing and the breads were over cooked along with the bacon. We called to inform the restaurant about the missing items and were basically called liar's by the manager...who cooked it herself by the way !! Needless to say we are sending the order back for a full refund and have been waiting over 40 mins so far for it to be collected 🤣🤣🤣

edit one week later ,after promising a full refund we have heard nothing back, so contacted Newtownards Eats ourselves to be told that they were unaware of any issue and are currently in the process of getting a...

Absolutely vile! Staff were polite but stupid. Could not work the till to give us a receipt. Wrote by hand all of our order prices. The chips were very cheap, frozen chips but sooooo greasy! Gravy was just cheap gravy granules and full of lumps. Chicken goujons were so greasy one of my friends was sick after eating 1 and a 500ml bottle of coke we got was 4 months out of date. I will never be back. If I could give zero...

Very poor. Sat in for breakfast. Place was cold. The young lady who served me looked like she was just out of bed and could do with a bath. Ordered an omelette. Cup of tea arrived before which was luke warm. Food arrived on a cold plate which in turn chilled the half of my food. Salt and sugars where damp. Won't be back. Place wasn't like this when Victor...
