Greggs — Restaurant in Norwich

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the behavior of one of your staff members during my recent visit to your establishment.

The staff member in question was extremely rude and unprofessional. She threw the food onto the table without a word or any basic courtesy, which felt both disrespectful and completely unacceptable. Her attitude throughout the interaction was dismissive and unwelcoming, leaving a very negative impression.

I have always enjoyed Greg's in the past, but this experience has left me questioning whether I will return. I hope you take this matter seriously and ensure that your staff are trained to treat customers with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

I would appreciate it if this issue could be looked into and addressed...

Handy convenient place to swing by too. Staff seem friendly enough but how can you not have any bacon cheese slices ready to be sold in big quantities at 8.10am on a work morning? This is the second time I've noticed this and It's pretty inexcusable. Not the best service in the world,but can say it's very good food,value for money,I've often used Greg's either at motor way service stations or local stores/restaurants to where ever I am and thick thorn Norfolk service station has got to be the worst staff out of them all,eventually managed to ascertain that the store does have hot food,!!
