Tried for the first time Was unsure of how it works, so we asked for a little breakdown of how we order The staff were fast when explaining what each item was, so I either didn't quite hear the man or I wasn't sure on what to do They were rushing us slightly. I wanted the vegan chilli, however I was disappointed with having the small amount left which was dried up, It looked like it could've been there all day. After picking the protein, we then were served by Kayleigh, she was shouting loud at us over the counter when explaining what was on offer. I was stunned with how loud she was but similarly so quick when explaining what there was to choose from I didn't catch what she had said and ended up pointing at the selections I wanted in my burrito. At the end she said 'anything else' I said yes lettuce please, as she started wrapping it up. I had to repeat myself as she didn't listen. However the staff did make sure to clearly show what one was the vegan one, so there was no confusion. I was disappointed there was no small burrito option and that guacamole was extra. The rest of the food apart from the vegan chilli seemed fresh and my burrito was tasty I would return, only hoping the chilli was fresh The restaurant was relatively clean and the table service was prompt, however the floor in the small kitchen area was really grubby and definitely needed...

I visited on 22/02/2025 at 18:50 with a large group, half-expecting that we might overwhelm the staff. Instead, we were met with flawless service, friendly interactions, and a level of politeness that feels rare these days.

From the moment we arrived, every staff member was attentive, accommodating, and genuinely warm; no request was met with attitude, and they handled everything effortlessly. It felt like stepping back in time when great customer service was the norm rather than the exception.

The burrito was perfectly made, and the counter staff were not just polite but engaging and enthusiastic. Honestly, they deserve a pay raise for the effort they put in.

Having eaten at most food spots in Norwich, I can confidently say this place stands out. While other establishments serve up poor portions, inflated prices, and a sense that they’re doing customers a favor, this place is the complete opposite.

Great food, fantastic service, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere.

Started off ok , greeted in by manager shown to seat wife explained to him we had a voucher he said no problem just show them at till . Wife ordered at till showed them and told them about voucher but 1 get 1 free . The server did not apply . No problem they are new takeaway mistakes happen . Explained to waitress she said oh it’s still valid till this period you can use next time -NO !! . Then said can’t get a refund or voucher applied-NO!!. Got manager who did refund but had the gall to try and blame it on my wife you need to make sure you make sure it’s done -NO we told your staff showed them the voucher to scan , you need to train YOUR staff to do it /activate the voucher properly . Food cold pretty bland . Worst of all they had crates to make sure products stored off the floor , but put products on floor . No hand washing after touching phones hair etc . Staff really freindly, Manager need to be trained on customer service...
