Great location and potential to be really successful, but unfortunately poor management of the whole site. It was my first visit there today, I was driving past and just by chance I thought I'd buy a quick breakfast using the drive thru. First of all the site was a complete tip with leaves everywhere, that bad you couldn't even see the road markings as they were covered with leaves, you could hire a worker who could clean it within 2 hours. Either way, I then drive up to the post to make an order and wait there 2 mins as I'm getting no response from my "hi is anyone there", I then drive up to the window and encounter a staff; I mention that I have been waiting at the post and no one responded to which the reply was the post apparently needs charging and hasn't been working for a while, I mean seriously!!! Not just that, I make the order and when I get my card out to pay I'm told the card machine isn't working, luckily I had cash so no bother. Once I ordered the breakfast I then requested brown sauce to be then told they have run out of brown sauce!!!! This is supposed to be Burger King, a world wide fast food chain competing against the likes of McDonald's, let me tell you one thing, you're a million miles away from the McDonald's less than a mile away as their service is quick efficient clean and they have sauces in stock. In conclusion, sort yourselves out otherwise you will be closing down as no one will be...
Read moreReview Update: July 2021 No longer decent prices here and they have lost my custom. £5.79 for a bean burger, now without cheese. KFC have a decent vegan burger that can be had for £3.99 and McDonalds a half decent vegan option for £2.99. Both of those competitors making a superior burger. No chips in the "meal deal" for a whopping £6.49 either (I'm familiar with Burger King's non vegan chip issue.) Also, the last time I went, they got my order wrong too. Shame, as this used to be a good place to grab a bite, when they had the patties, at least. I'm not going to comment on staff, as they may have just been having a bad day when I last went but that too put me off.
Original Review Of 2019 Staff seem nice. Priorities to vehicle service rather than walk in customers but this comes at the advantage of using the drinks machine multiple times before collection ;) Usually, I have the chance to fill my cup three times before my food is ready, so I say I get my money's worth. For me, a must have in a Burger King is that the drinks are re-fillable; any others don't tend to get my custom and prices are decent here; £4.49 for the "Veggie Bean Burger" meal (some Burger King franchises charge £6.49.) Though, I have been disappointed on about 1/4 of visits, when they ran out of the "Veggie Bean Burger" and that hasn't been at times of high activity, 5...
Read moreClearly the guy who was working today was not very happy!, Waiting to be served on drive thru and sticked his head out and said where not taking anymore orders, didn't give me an explanation but he was laughing and joking with his colleague. Then after they finished she was like "better go and serve" then he came back to me and said what can I get you about 15mins later I asked for Ice cream then he wasted my time because he turned around and said we haven't got any of that was around about 4ish you guys close at 10 talk about selling a product when you haven't got any ice cream for sale you obviously need to sort your manger out to get enough stock in to last and you need to sort your staff out to be happy to serve customers instead they think it's a gathering for a night out and this isn't the first encounter it always happens everytime I go there they have ran out! Stick to what you know best McDonald's is only around the corner there loads busier but at least they don't run out of things and they are happy...
