Coffee N Cream — Restaurant in Nottingham

Came here today and the staff got the order wrong which wasn’t a problem at all however the male man was shouting in the middle of the cafe and was huffing and puffing ! Proceeded to talk in his own language about it for five minutes. He came round to ask how it was which I thought was nice so I try to explain to him to just calm down and don’t shout as it put me off coming back and his reply was we don’t want you too come back ! He continued to stare at me ! I ate quickly and cleaned up the table and left ! Will never recommend this place ! Nasty nasty man! Felt upset about this all day ! Ordered poached eggs on toast with beans. Half the plate was beans, the eggs were freezing cold and snotty as anything. Took my food back to the counter and the woman was so rude, no customer service skills at all, took my food off me and said nothing so I had to leave without eating and without a refund. I went in here on Saturday with my grandaughter and was very disappointed, she had chicken nuggets and curly fries (no beans) and wanted some mozzarella sticks ,I was charged £5 for the meal and £5 for 4 mozzarella sticks should have had a free drink !!!
