Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Oadby and Wigston

I have to say that I think this is the worst Costa in the UK, it took 30 mins to make my order of two coffees as the staff were just sat around talking. I was pleasent to the staff as I understand it can be a stressful job. The lady behind me however was very annoyed, but because she was very annoyed the blonde girl behind the counter didn't make her drink until last and all other customers were sorted before her. For 10 minutes only one girl was behind the counter stood talking to her friends, and no drinks were made in those 10 minutes. I have been to Costas around the UK some very jam packed including the NEC and airports all serve coffee quicker than this place. Wont be returning which is a shame because I am local and often used this Costa but will be using...

Costa coffee bell Street in Wigston..A really friendly place to go .All the staff are friendly & have a good sense of humour ..The building is clean bright & very fresh ..The lattes & hot chocolate are spot on & very reasonable prices ..It has a disabled toilet facilities downstairs biggest enough to fit a electric wheelchair in & suitable baby changing facilities if you happen to have little ones..It's the perfect place to relax & have a delicious coffee or latte or any tasty drinks that you may fancy ..The management are brilliant ..So our the team leaders & all their staff ...Lovely place to go & one of the best costas I rate with five stars in Leicestershire ..One happy...

Morning staff are really really rude, i have never seen and never expected from Costa. How they teach them. Mananger and her coleuge both were really talking very badly with delivery driver . They came from town 4 miles away for pickup delivery and they are waiting more than half and hour, After that they asked again and again from manager lady very respectfully. Excuze me.can you tell us how long it will take. But i was surprised from both ladies who were serving , that was not deliverey driver fault i saw in front of me. I hope Costa will teach to our...
