McDonald's — Restaurant in Oadby and Wigston

Appalling. Gave me a delivery estimate it hadnt left the store at the stated time. It claimed the driver was sat at the store for over 25 minutes - since when does fast food take 25 minutes ? Chuck a burger and fries into a bag which are already made. When it did leave the store, the delivery estimate time increased. Then all of a sudden it updated as delivered. It wasnt delivered. I have a camera doorbell and CCTV, no-one has been here. You ring them, they dont care. Not interested in the least, pass the buck, its nothing to dow ith them. So after an hours wait for food, I still dont have any. Just eat say they will get back to you within 2 days - great! Totally and utterly hopeless. The store wont even contact their delivery driver to ask where it went. Terrible service from start to finish. Order 7 0...

I called them up after I received the number from Wakes McDonald. The women on the phone was absolutely unprofessional and wasn’t even understanding that they messed up my order. I requested to speak with another manager but she said she was the only manager and then I requested to speak to one of her junior since as a manager she wasn’t understanding nor helping me with my situation. The lady said she is the only one working which I didn’t believe her and I requested for some support she was absolutely so rude and while I was speaking she hung up on me! As a delivery driver it's a problem that it takes 10-15 mins to get the order ready, one guy with a turban that's staff works there and I asked for his name and he got aggressive.
