called them from out side the shop on the car explained u didn't want to come in as there was 5 people in the shop and it clearly states 3 people at a time he refussed to take the order over the phone even tho i was out side in the car protecting my self from covid as there was 5 people in the shop I waited then went in asked for 12 spicy chicken wings flat ones meaning not the drum stick the flat joint part he starts moaning I don't think we have twelve you have to have the other ones! Now I'm a person if I'm paying for that food I want to eat the part of that food that I like other wise it defeats the object of getting food if somone els is telling you what to eat NO then he moans he first want to cook more! it's the afternoon on a Saturday of course you will have to cook more sooner or later ! when I eventually got my food I went back in after leaving and asked for 1 tango and 1 apple juice the man said I have to pay £1 extre if I'm using card £3 pound minimum charge that is against the LAW there's no minimum charge anymore and still theese shops are doing it!!! the whole experience yet again was nothing but attitude and telling you what you can and can't have and charging extre fees if you use card it's a joke very disappointed and it's always the front man the old man with the beard and mostash very bad...

Salam Brothers and Sisters, Please be aware of this takeaway “Chicken Hut” in Cowley Centre Oxford. The owner and workers are Hindu. Because the shop windows at the top right hand corner says “Halal” so we went in asking for donations for Abingdon Masjid Project. The worker said he is Hindu, we asked him if he could pass on the leaflet for his owner. He said the owner is also a Hindu. We explained that we came in because the windows said Halal; the worker said that is just a sign that has been there. The worker was not welcoming and wanted us out. I took the picture and next to this shop there is a Turkish Takeaway; the owner of the Turkish takeaway saw me taking picture and asked to come in for private chat. He explained that a lot Muslims eating there are deceived by the sign. I think it is better to avoid such shop, Hindu will not have...

I had few issues i bought a box meal and 6 pieces of chicken and : 1.i ordered a box with 2 sides but when i got home there wasn't any sides in my bag 2.i ordered 6 pieces and i just got just chicken thigh, no legs, i understand legs are more popular but it should be fair to all the customers. 3.staff are not very welcoming and friendly and they dont really dont know how to smile and welcome customers ,, they were not really rude just not friendly at all 4.i paid cash and the staff prepared the food with same hand without washing or using hand sanitiser, 5.the quality of the food is not as good as before , chicken were really salty even when i took the skin off still could taste lots of salt. i am not saying these to criticise, i just hope they improve their service and...
