Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Oxford

My favourite Costa! The staff is lovely and the atmosphere is great. The more complicated drinks can be hit and miss though, and there is only one plug in the whole café, near the bigger tables where families often sit. When there are people with laptops there using the plug, families have no big tables to sit at - when there are families there, they rarely ever use the plug and on more than one occasion I've decided against getting a drink because I couldn't access the plug. I saw others do the same once or twice while I was in the café. Might be a good idea to put the larger tables elsewhere? Regardless, I love this Costa and will keep...

The manager of the specific Costa Coffee place, Nikoletta is one of the worst I have ever seen - she was abusing one of her employees because he was cleaning the counter . In front of everyone (customers and other employees ) she started shouting at him . So, she decided to shout and punish an employee for actually making a clean environment. She deserves to be punished. As long as she still works there ,this place is going to get worse. Better spent your money to Boswell's coffee which is at the Templar Square...

At the moment I am in your Costa and the lady who serves me is absolutely unfriendly.

Not only I feel it but all those in the waiting line.

Only 2 are working at the moment there, It's the younger one.

It is the 23.04 and 2 pm some customers just went out without ordering after they saw how unfriendly she is. I mean if you don't like your job just find another one in case to destroy the costumets mood.

I love Caffe Costa, and will continue to buy my coffee there in future ... but no longer...
