Mostro Coffee — Restaurant in Oxford

Coffee was fine and pets are welcomed. However they dont ask the ppl to put their dogs on the leash or hold their leash. My friend had a bad experience and when she asked the staff to ask the dog owner to put the dog (which was a big dog at that) they said “he is on a leash i think”. The owner had left the dog and was ordering their food at the counter while the dog was there unattended with its leash loose so yes while the dog was on the leash, the owner was not holding the leash and had not tied it anywhere either

The staff did nothing even after me and my friend mentioned it. Not everyone is comfortable with dogs in such close proximity and when owners are not mindful and the staff fails...

It’s a shame you have students here on their laptop all day considering seating is so limited. I don’t understand what goes through these kids mind where they think it’s acceptable to go to a small independent business buy one coffee, sit there all day preventing £100’s of revenue. Don't understand the hype about this place. It's just a record store (nothing cosy in interior decoration there) with small counter serving good coffee. We couldn't see anything special in there. Just few places to sit, people working from there, no cakes or anything to eat for breakfast. Completely average place like...
