Came here today as a Christmas present for afternoon tea waited 10 mins and no one came over had to go up ask to order drinks, hot drinks came but was luke warm. Food came and started eating and after eating the fruit noticed the raspberries was full of mould. My daughter was then sick in the toilet which I explained to waitress and not even offered a glass of water or nothing had to ask for it, really disappointed as I was looking forward to it and staff really not even bothered by it just on there phone constantly

7-1 update Went back a week later as manager rang straight away to apologise and offered another another tea for free and full refund and what a difference our second visit was. Amazing food and even the service was outstanding lovely gentleman that serviced us. Food was delicious and all left feeling very full. Would recommend
