Subway — Restaurant in Portsmouth

I went in today to claim my sausage roll and coffee, which was part of my Monzo perks. I had an extra bonus item due to my savings account. Food is nice enough, especially as it's free. The young man who served me needs to hide his annoyance of being at work & work on his customer service skills. Eye contact, voice loud enough to hear instead of mumbling & a smile are all things that cost nothing but improve the customer experience, ensuring to the customer they are seen & valued. I totally understand it may not be a challenging & stimulating job, but do your best while doing it. A lot of people can't get a job & they would do anything to swop places with you. Count...

Me and my family just got out of subway. I am feeling so sick🤢. So my husband had a tuna sub and i had a veg patty. My husband finished his and i was half way. Then my subconscious mind feel like saw something moving on my bread. When i check properly i saw a small bug running around my bread. Then i saw 2 and then 3. But they are so fast that within seconds they hide somewhere in the bread. So i did a video after waiting so long and show it to the stuff but he said it could come from out side. I was like you guys packed it how could a bug come from outside in my sub as we did dine in. And not only one there were more. Now i feel sick of thinking that maybe i eat...

Went into this store for the first time as was visiting the area. Ordered 2 x sandwiches. A young girl with mousy blonde hair served me. When she took the bread out i noticed the bread was not fresh so i asked of it was fresh "she replied" yes it was. I gave her the benefit of doubt. I was looking at the meat that was on show. Firstly the chorizo was hard and funnily enough had green pieces on the meat. The Guacomole was half green and the other half brown. The guy i was working with actually worked in a subway in a different area in the past and said the bread for sure was from the last evening.

Would definetley not be going...
