Deepdale Tandoori — Restaurant in Preston

Ordered over £60 of food for delivery at 4:30pm, ETA 5:20pm(50-55minutes). After waiting the hour, was marked as arrived but didn't receive the food. When called, they said they would be 10more minutes as we're "very busy". Waited an additional 15 minutes. Called again for them to say "one or two minutes more". 10 minutes later, still no food. When called another "two minutes". When on the phone to complain about the wait, finally arrived at 6pm. No offer of an explanation or any compensation.

I wish the food was worth waiting for. It was not. The food was lack luster. Watery and not spicy at all. Roger Josh was as spicy as the Korma.

Would not recommend, nor return. Really...

We ordered at 8pm. The food did not arrive until 9:50pm, and the guy on the phone was like “it’s coming don’t worry” and hung up. Poor customer service there.

We had two of the beef and chicken burgers, which were delicious I have to say. Good flavour and worth the price. However our chips were stone cold by this point, and so were the onion rings on the side.

We spent over £10, so should’ve received a free garlic bread which also never arrived because they “forgot”. Honestly, if you’re drunk and want some food to order, go for it, but I wouldn’t recommend to anyone who is looking for a fast, tasty and satisfying takeaway. There are FAR better...

honestly i reccomend nobody buy from this place. so we ordered on just eat multiple times cos it used to be a nice place before the new owners. ordered on just eat and got an “it’s on its way” signal 50 minutes later which i ain’t a karen that’s not bad compared to what ive waited. however, it was definitely not on its way due to the fact it took 40 minutes after that to actually arrive. my can of coke was warm but that ain’t necessarily their fault they had to get it to me somehow. anyway chicken tasted dry and old, definitely overcooked tho. i ain’t no gordon ramsey but that was...
