🌟 WOW 🌟 !! Amazing QUALITY Burgers & Shakes!!!! Both the Atomik and Chick & Cheat Burger were spicy hot 🔥 be prepared to sweat a little 😅 but I have to say, the best Chicken Burgers we’ve had for a very long time!!

The Chicken was tender/moist NOT dry & stringy and overcooked unlike other takeaways. It was simply 👌🏽 oooph! It was the only reason I finished my hot 🥵 burger 😄. It was our first time ordering from here and we were quite sceptical. Think the bright Cartoon colours & font can mislead you. But I have to say this might now be our new ‘go to’ takeaway and haven’t even tried the rest of the menu yet. It was great that they had a BOGOF offer on the milkshakes as it meant we get to try it; the Rock bottom shake was amazing. Imagine ordering a milkshake getting your delivery after 45 mins and it still being too thick to go up the straw! It was perfect because it meant it wasn’t runny when we got the delivery. We were able to eat our burgers, and enjoy our shakes after. The shakes are better than a well known takeaway that specialises in milkshakes 🤐 You can tell quality ingredients are used. Stop paying for sub standard when you can pay for quality here. Just hope they keep it up, as honestly it was good enough for me to write up the longest review 😅

As for delivery via Uber eats and… on NYE, it was still delivered a little earlier than the initial time of ordering. So that was a bonus !! Thank you so much !!

I’m ordering again tonight and it’s not even been a week 😅🙈🌟👌🏽 Probably go a lil milder this time though. Lol.

The only sliiighhhhtt issue was the quantity of fries we got. It could have been filled better and I see another reviewer said the same 2 months ago and they said they would take on the feedback. Clearly someone hasn’t. Come on … it’s only potato, fill it up. Just this that needs attention … for the time being anyway.

We ordered quite a lot of food, burgers, wings, loaded fries, chicken and rice, pizza, fries, flavoured drinks, milk shakes and waffle.

The original burger was very nice. The dipped chicken burger was too hot. When you've you're comparing this to the likes of outlets in Manchester it falls short. Piri wings were flavoursome and had a nice grilled taste. Pizza was standard, perfect for young kids. Fries needed to be more crispy. Chicken and rice was lovely. Loaded fries were spot on. Tried the mango and guava drinks, which were refreshing.

Two of the drinks got spilled by uber delivery and the biscoff waffle was missing from our order. The shop were apologetic when I called but didn't have a driver to drop off.... so I went in to the shop and they took good care of me 😉. Two replacement drinks and an extra waffle. Thank you!

Have always ordered from Kings Castle before they moved the location of their store. Unfortunately, with the move has come many changes with their food which I did not expect. These changes haven't been advertised so well, so be wary. The food is still tasty (especially the desserts) but not as nice as it was before due to the changes. I am no longer a fan of the burgers. Also, I don't think you're getting as much bang for your buck with the pizzas anymore as the change in shape has reduced their size whilst the price has stayed the same. I can't fault the service at King's Castle, however, as they were respectful in taking on feedback and quick to rectify problems with a spilled order. Overall, I would order again if there were any special offers but will not be as regular of a customer as I was with the old branch. This isn't due to service but due to the changes made...
