Kuckoo Preston — Restaurant in Preston

Now my personal experience here was amazing. However when a member of their staff is hitting on guests and trying to get them beyond drunk thats when it becomes an issue for me. Furthermore when this member of staff then proceeds to Stalk, Harass & Threaten this person it becomes a police issue.

Personally i have no issues with the bar they are a great team its just a shame they aren't careful who they are hiring. The last thing i want is for this to happen to another person. So this review was left.

If they address the issue i will happily remove the review as it is not there fault that 1 member of staff ruined it for many people.

Absolutely love the cocktails and the vibe here. Staff are friendly and chatty. We had 4/5 cocktails each and Also asked the lads to make one of their choice. All tasty!

Happy to put requests on, however they have been instructed to not put certain bands on - although we were requesting “indie” music (literally looking at an indie playlist on apple for songs we liked in the end) and we were the only ones in the place they advised that the owner has given them specific instructions not to put certain bands on. Felt a bit of an overkill.

Came here for NYE for the first time ever and this place is just amazing, the staff are wonderful. Proper bar with proper bartenders who know what they're serving to the customers, loved the music they played, cannot find anything to complain about. Also had a drink that tasted like iced tea which was delicious and probably was the cause of my lost memory from that night because it was very refreshing and tasty so I used it instead of drinking water when I started feeling a bit too drunk. Don't remember the name of the cocktail but it was pretty damn good. Loved everything...
