La Viva is a delightful coffee shop that surprised me with its excellent pizza and refreshing coke. The cozy ambiance, coupled with friendly staff, created a perfect setting for a casual meal. The pizza was delicious—flavorful toppings on a perfectly baked crust. The coke was served ice-cold, enhancing the overall experience. La Viva seamlessly blends a coffee shop vibe with fantastic food options, making it a must-visit for both coffee enthusiasts and food lovers alike.

Very efficient staff and definitely a customer focused approach to their service. I had a English breakfast, coffee and a milkshake. The food was good, milkshake was very good and the coffee was okay as well. I was just passing through but was aware of the rapport the staff and management had with their local customers, which added to the friendly feel of the place. I'd pop back in again if I was passing again for sure.

A warm friendly welcome is always a good start. We were warmly greeted and swiftly shown to a table. The menu is quite comprehensive so I’m sure that there’s something to suit all tastes. As the restaurant is of Turkish nationality we decided to try their Turkish dishes. Their service was polite and swift, the food was delicious and freshly made to order. All at reasonable prices, what’s not to like?

Poor customer service from the start unfortunately. when we walked in no one was there to greet us. (The restaurant had one couple seated). Someone arrived from the back and we asked for a table for two. The table next to where we were standing was empty so the person pointed at it and we sat down. It felt like we were inconveniencing them. We were asked four times in the space of five minutes if we were ready to order. We were clearly still browsing the menu each time so it was a little frustrating. We ordered and our food came quickly. The chips were limp, soggy and tasteless. The lasagne looked and tasted like a very cheap microwave one. My friend was still eating the food on her plate and placed her cutlery down to have some of her drink, still with food in her mouth, someone took her plate away, I still had half of my food left. We felt like we were being rushed. We had arrived at 1640 and the closing hours said 1730. It was 1715 when the staff started bringing in the chairs from outside, making a lot of noise and again making us feel rushed. At 1720 after noticing a member of staff stood behind my friend looking over at another member of staff at the till with a look of impatience. We got up to pay. We were told the price and nothing was said or asked. We paid and left. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend going here. Good customer service goes a long way. Maybe they were having a bad day but it wasn’t nice to feel...

Called in today for Brunch in a 3 generation group of 5 out for a Father's Day meal. Everybody was impressed by the food, service and value. I had a breakfast and liked how you could opt for different items from the menu. The food was cooked well and came on a hot plate which was perfect as we ate outside. The other 3 adults had wraps with my daughter asking for a runny fried egg on top of her's which got a smile from the owner but it came exactly as she had ordered. They were all pleased with their choices and my 6 year old Grandson tackled the adult cheese and ham omlette and only left a few chips. With coffees and a juice the bill was under £60 and the whole time we were there the staff were smiling...

Went with my mum for a coffee and was treated so well, they had a really welcoming atmosphere. the coffee was great and when I accidentally knocked the cup over spilling coffee when grabbing mine they were so apologetic despite it being my fault and kept asking if I was OK, remade the cup I spilt with no bother. The customer service was great and it was so kind of them to be so concerned and kind when it was my fault in the first place. Would definitely go again and I look forward to trying the food. I hope the staff know how much I appreciate how nice...
