Let me just say straight away. The staff members working today were amazing and made my visit a happy one from the time I walkiled in the door. 8/10 RECOMMENDED!! The last time I visited, there was a couple of issues and then bacon missing from my burger. So last time I called when I realised back at home and they said my name would be on a list in-store to sort it out for me next time as I live quite far so wasn't going to go back at 11pm.
The team members in-store today we're more then happy to help me and made me feel very welcome with a little extra complementary item for my inconvenience. They then checked my entire order with me and opened it all to make sure it was right before apologising for before and wishing me a good evening.
Mr McDonalds ....the restaurant team members and managers on thursday 15th july '21 deserve a little positive recognition :)

I tried to order my lunch at work through the Just Eat app and I didn't get any updates of where my driver was, I didn't get an update when he arrived, I didn't get a call to say he had arrived, I didn't get my food and after trying to call McDonald's to ask where my order was, the lady was very rude saying she couldn't get another driver, I couldn't get a refund and there was nothing she could do. She then said i had to go and pick it up which I couldn't because my lunch breaks are too short at, she said I couldn't get a refund from McDonald's directly and that I had to contact Just Eat to get the refund- when I tried to call Just Eat I got through to an automated message that said I had to get a refund through the app, but on the app there was no contact or refund options. A manager didn't know how to ring up a plain fish fillet without bun or cheese without charging me the full price of a fish sandwich. This is something I purchase all the time and the price for the plain fish is significantly less expensive than the price of a full sandwich. When I explained this to the manager, he stated that he can't sell me the plain fish without charging me for the full sandwich with cheese and bun. I then asked him to write his name on the back of the receipt and he refused to tell me who he was, I said all I want to know who I am talking to, even just a given name or employee number would be enough. He then told me to contact the store at the email on the receipt and walked away from the drive though window and I had to leave.
