Milanoz King Pizza – Wokingham Road — Restaurant in Reading

The delivery driver called my husband and said he has to come out to give directions. My husband Is disabled and my husband tried to explain to the driver on the phone but he refused saying my husband had to come out. My disabled husband who has a paralysed right leg went out side after getting so much abuse over the phone from the driver. He went out and the driver still couldn't find our home. We called the restuarant and they were unhelpful. The driver finally came with the food and again started shouting at my husband. All the neighbours came out and asked what was going on. The deliver driver carried on shouting at my husband. He gave the pizzas and left and didnt even apologise. We called the restaurant again and asked for the manager. We could hear the staff laughing and mocking us. Never ordering from there again, worst place, rude and unprofessional. We have never received such bad service. My husband who is disabled walked all the way to the end of the road with his crutches to find him to help him find us. Food was cold and actually we didn't want to eat it after seeing the rude delivery driver shouting at us. We have been left upset...

I placed order for delivery. After not arriving for hour I called to check up and was told the driver will be out in 2 mins and the restaurant is 11 drive from my house so I waited. 30 mins later I asked again and was told the driver is out now and will be with me 10 mins at the very latest, they said the delay was due to bad weather (today there was minor rain, I wonder how they handle winter). I waited again for 45 before the food finally came. I ordered potato wedges but they gave curly fries. Got a different bottle of drink too. Pizza was cold when it came. It may have been decent if it wasn't cold if I'm honest but I can't judge it good or bad without having it as intended.

We wold not order from this place again, and wold not recommend to anybody. We ordered one XXL pizza. Just after the given delivery time they called us and explained that our order was mixed up and they send out the wrong pizza but they will make a new one in 20 minutes. After 20 minutes another phone call, apologising that they are not ready yet but they will deliver the pizza free of charge, just before the pizza arrived one more call telling as we will receive a free drink with our order ( we said we dont want any drink thats fine) . When the person delivered our pizza he gave us one can of pepsi, we asked if they will refund the money, he said no because they gave us a free drink, and told us not to leave any bad review.
