Really disappointed that despite me asking as I walked in “do you do hot sandwiches” and being assured that you do, the fillings were stone cold.
I was dubious of the temperature of the sausages as the girl making them was handling them to slice them. So I asked again -“are you sure those sausages are hot?” Both girls assured me they are hot as they came off of a hot plate.
I walked one minute up the road and tucked in, only to find they were cold and stodgy. So annoying, really wish I’d have walked a little further to a cafe where the fillings had been freshly made or at least kept properly warm.

The woman with the dark curly hair could care less that you are a customer and cant look you in the eye let alone speak in a civil manner. What's with the accents?
