Best pub in Reigate by a mile but avoid the food. The atmosphere is always fun, friendly and local. Never tire of the cosiness of the fire (although that freezing rear door needs some attention during the winter!) and have had many a great chat with other visitors - exactly what the atmosphere in a Reigate pub should be and isn't anywhere else. I approached you as soon as you came through the door to inform you about our over 18s policy before you got settled, thus saving you the aggro of settling in and then having to leave. I informed you perfectly politely of our policy and nothing further was said. Can’t believe the service received from the general manager (blonde hair male). He was aggressive and rude to a small party of us and did not care to accommodate us at all. We ended up leaving all of our drinks, that we barely had a sip of! The manager already sneered at the busy crowds coming in following a family function at priory park, stating “oh god, here comes the second wave”.
