Waited 4.5 hours for food. Phoned up lots of times (most the time they didn't answer) and was told it was on its way and they couldn't contact delivery driver.. The first phone call I made was .1.5 hours in so if that was true our food was out for a very long time in the end. When it finally arrived it was freezing and I'm not exaggerating, the pizza was Rock hard and risotto was sticky and awful (most of it was binned as its nit really the kind of food you warm up After!) After contacting uber (back and forth for a week) we finally got our money back. I will add that the weather was bad.. but I mean 4.5 hours... We do not live in Antarctica! Was the worst service and meal I think I have ever experienced, which is a shame as the food has always been good from here in the past but we will not be ordering from this...

Ordered stated 35-50 minutes, turned up after 1hr 40 mins I was on the phone asking how long and on verge of cancelling when dole bell rang, (Driver was very friendly btw) By time we put food out we’d been charged for 4 sauces and not one had been put in the bag, rang back and lady had me on hold as she couldn’t understand what I was saying, the guy got on the phone and said they’d be straight with me, 12 mins later the sauces arrived, Again the driver was very friendly, however by this time the food was cold and it just ruined the meal. This is a honest and genuine review. Order 10 times and 2 of those times you will get delicious, perfect food. 4 times, you’ll get what you ordered, but unfortunately it’s as stale as month old bread, probably from the day or several days before, and the other 4 times you won’t get what you’ve even ordered and things will be missing. Good food 2 out of 10 times is totally unacceptable, especially at the prices they charge.
