My son's favourite place in Bexhill! Excellent selection of gelato made on site with proper ingredients, and also including dairy and gluten free options (and a delicious new lower sugar yoghurt variety for those who prefer) meaning nobody has to miss out. I don't know the gentleman's name,but his kindness and understanding surpassed all expectations. My Severely Autistic Son had visited and purchased ice cream the two previous Wednesdays. His support staff didn't realise the shop closed on Thursday, the gentleman was unloading stock,even though he was closed he served my Son with his Ice cream,much to the relief of his support staff as due to his lack of understanding things could have had a different ending.YOU HAVE MY SINCERE THANKS.We need more people like you in this world. Looked on Google Maps for the best ice cream shop in Bexhill whilst we were visiting, and this was the recommendation. And it was bang on. It's a (mostly) pastel confection with a glorioisly lurid pink sofa, with a good selection of ice cream and sorbets, with daily specials. The lady and gentleman who ran it were lovely and friendly.
