A couple of days ago, we made a stop in Rye, searching for a nourishing lunch amidst the usual array of overpriced sandwich shops and cafes lining the high street. However, my attention was drawn to Ono Poke Bowls, which offered something different, albeit at a slightly higher price point. Intrigued, I decided to give it a try, and I'm delighted that we did.
I ordered the Korean chicken poke bowl with sushi rice, edamame, radish, chili, and sesame seeds, while my partner opted for the poke bowl with avocado and salmon. I must say, both bowls were delicious, bursting with freshness and a far cry from your typical lunch options.
The staff were friendly and courteous, though the atmosphere struck me as somewhat sterile and overly stiff. Nonetheless, the quality of the food more than made up for it. Ono Poke Bowls is definitely worth a visit, and I look forward to returning the next time I find...

The food is always delicious, fresh and at a great price. There are hot and cold dishes available with lots of super healthy options too.
Plus, the smoothies are very refreshing!
The staff are always friendly, welcoming and super helpful with dietary requirements.
We've enjoyed dining in, or ordering takeaway from Ono Poke since the early days and continue to love it!
