Avoid this place for EatOutToHelpOut!!! They're not geared up to cope with the increased demand, so be prepared to be disappointed.

I ordered starters and mains. I embraced their technology and ordered everything via the Greene King app. After 45 minutes I enquired where my food was, and after checking with the kitchen, they advised "that the mains would be with me soon". When I pointed out I'd not yet had my starter, they checked again and advised that it would be a further 40-50 minutes. Initially I thought they'd merely made a mistake with my order, but then others sat around me started to ask where their food was too...and was told similar!!! I (and many others) then decided to request a refund - waiting 1.5 hours even for a starter is simply not on.

Because I'd ordered via the app, it appeared to create a challenge refunding me. Eventually I was told it was done....but they couldn't provide me a receipt!! I was sceptical it had been done but left. Unsurprisingly, after several days of not seeing my refund I rang them up. They advised that I wasn't the first one to raise this concern!!! They promised to get it sorted. To their credit, I did receive two further phone calls from them to advise that they were still having problems refunding me. After nearly 2 weeks I received my refund.

It's really disappointing not only regarding the lack of the meal, but their inability to refund me (even though I'd used their app). This may be a great place to eat in normal circumstances, but I'd seriously consider not going whilst the current promotion is on. Again, at a time when these places need your business, they need to pay more attention to getting it right.

Try to book another place for boxing or football night because this isn’t the right one! Our boxing Usyk&Fury night was completely spoiled by the awful service in this place!

I booked a table for 7 people at 8 o’clock and paid the deposit, but nothing was ready even at 8:10 and the main thing that nobody cared about that, even the manager (who I asked to come and sort out the problem for me) 😰 I was offered a tiny table and one chair. After the chat with the manager the lovely waitress (I feel so sorry for her) found a table and all needed chairs for us at 8:20 we were sat.

We ordered food and one part of the food came at 9 o’clock and we started the investigation where the rest of the food was. The second part was ready only around 9:45 as we were told that “Your food was brought to the wrong table and somebody had eaten it”🫤😡 Nobody said sorry, for the inconvenience and absolutely spoiled night!

The food was late and the fact that you drink from plastic cups was also disappointing.

The only benefit of this pub is the amount of TVs around it, but all in all I don’t recommend this place at all! Think twice...

Never going here again to watch the football. Booked a table, paid a deposit, once I finally got to the bar member of staff said my table was in the sports bar bit, a member of staff will show you to your table!!!! Yeah right, I have no idea where they went they disappeared amoung the 100s of ppl in there .... So we walked around and around and around and around ourselves to try and find our table, no table had my name on it!!!! I tried to get to the bar to ask a member of staff for help, no chance of me waiting in a 5 person deep queue.... So ended up outside as nowhere to sit inside (hence why I booked a table) it was absolutely packed, not enough bar staff on.... took us 25 minutes to TRY and get a drink we ended up booking a taxi and leaving.... What was meant to be a good evening out ended up a nightmare, think I'll stay at home where I can actually see the TV, get a drink when I want and nip to the loo without having to squeeze my way past 100s of ppl in a small space. I expected it to be busy, that's why it's good to go the pub when footballs on you go for the atmosphere BUT that place was...
