I've been holding off writing this review as I'm not a huge fan of writing bad ones, but it has to be mentioned that the level of service at this place is terrible! I came in about a week ago with my mum for a treat and ordered a cake and coffee from the deals they had on. When the coffee's arrived mums was luke warm, if that, and mine wasn't the hottest coffee I'd had. Mum asked for more sugar but the girl behind the counter didn't seem to understand what she was asking for, which may have been a language barrier but I can't say for certain. To top it off my mum's cake had arrived but mine was nowhere to be seen, I waited just incase there was a delay in preparing mine but after 20 minutes of waiting for a slice of cake I had noted to the girl's at the counter that we had paid for 2 cakes but only received one, which they then brought mine out within a minute of me bringing it to their attention, and it was literally the cake out of the display cabinet which made me think they had genuinely forgotten my order. The cake was lovely but extremely rich, too rich even. All in all the food/drink was ok, but the level of customer service we received was...

On walking in 4 members of staff sitting in one of the booths on their phones, chatting and laughing , not a great first impression for the customer. Told to take a seat at table 9 , no option to choose own seating. Menu on the table but given no indication if it was waitress service or if you had to go to the counter to place order. I remained seated and watched what another customer did then approached the two staff members behind the counter. There was no customer service to speak off , staff member made no eye contact and appear very rude , only speaking to ask if I was paying on card , again no indication if I was to wait for items ordered or if the staff bring them to the table . After 10 minutes my order arrived served by a young girl , no verbal communication from her just plonked it on the table and walked away. I had ordered a coffee and cake , the coffee was kuke warm and the cake was extremely dry tasted as though it had been left in the counter for a good few days. Hence j left majority on the plate and left. This was my first visit and from the experience I received will...

Too hot Too bright Too loud Too expensive

First ever visit to a Kaspas. The colour scheme is headache inducing, thats the first thing I noticed. We sat down and the heat had us sweating bullets on minutes. It felt like we were under a Sunbed. The music was loud also, shouting at each other across a small table. We looked through the menu and decided on hot cookie dough, £7.95. The image in the menu looked large, big ball of ice cream and a cookie. We got a tiny plate of about 3.5inches across, a tiny ball of ice cream and no cookie. Bubble slush was fine, £4.50 for flavoured ice. Banoffee milkshake was basically banana flavoured, little toffee flavour at all.

The food was fine, nice enough I suppose, but I don't think we'll be back. £30 for a cookie dough and a drink each, seems...

The workers were really rude to me and my partner when we ordered and gave a bad attitude. We also were told we could sit in even tho we were there at 9.30, 30 minutes before closing. We asked for a strawberry and cream crepe without strawberry sauce and it was covered completely in strawberry sauce. My partner ordered a brownie crepe and said the brownie tasted burnt and like it had been in the microwave which it had as I had seen it in the microwave while they were cooking our crepes. The crepes although freshly made had a rubbery texture to them and were mostly cold by the time we received them. I'm very disappointed in my experience.

Was asked to sit at a table where social distance would not of been observed and had to ask to sit in one of the several empty booths, after 20 minutes waiting for someone to take our order I was told we had to order at the counter, the girl behind the till had no idea what she was doing and had to explain several times what I wanted. After another 20 minutes my order finally arrived, 2 milkshakes, 1 oreo and 1 crunchie, we weren't told which was which and after several attempts at trying to decipher we gave up, poor service and poor shakes, worth avoiding.
