Order a steak salad it say rump steak with mixed leaves cucumber tomato grated carrots peppers and topped of with radish well what can I say I got a small steak about the size of my fork head and mixed leaves , none of the other ingredients that was stated spoke to a bar staff was told well the kitchen run out and that was that . So spoke to another staff got a refund . Well I can safely say I won’t be visiting again stay clear thanks to the other bar staff that sorted it .also coke was watered stood at the bar for 10 mins while the staff was filling up shelves ended up having to shout across the bar for some...

Understaffed by rude people.

Dropped in to watch the football (play-off final) on bank holiday Monday. Place was busy.. waited 10 minutes for a drink then told off by bar staff when I suggested that I was next (apparently anyone can claim to be next)

Had my drink, finished it then left and went to Horse & Plough for a decent pint and the BBC website updates.

In my opinion a pub needs be more than a place with a big telly showing sport.. but if that is your main (only?) selling point then you should at least ensure you have enough...

Good selection of beers and a few well kept barrels of ale. Honestly a lovely pint!! Food is well priced and came out quick for a saturday night. Food tastes amazing. Only downside was I ordered blue steak and it came medium. Being I hadn't eaten all day I wasn't prepared to wait longer. Still tasted good mind, just not what I ordered.
