Mooboo Farnborough - The Best Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Rushmoor

Hasn't been open long, so the staff are still new and being trained, but the wait time is just insane. Luckily I live close, so I went when there was no one in the store. There were around 5 staff members milling around behind the tills, and it seemed like they just didn't want to serve me. After being polite and waiting, I went up to them and asked if I could be served. My single drink took 18 minutes to be made (according to the time on my ticket). Bear in mind there was no one else waiting for their drink.

The second time I went, it was a little busier, which was fine, so I expected a longer wait time, this time it took 24 minutes for my single drink to be made. 2 people who ordered after me got theirs before me, and whilst mine was being made, I could see a new member of staff being trained with my drink as the example. Totally understandable, but my god, did it add on so much time! Took a solid 2 minutes to just put the lid on my drink and show the member of staff how to do that.

The layout of the bar also doesn't seem to make much sense, with the till being so close to the doorway, it makes it difficult for people trying to leave and people coming in to queue. It's also not very clear where the queue is, so maybe a rope or some signs on the floor would at least guide people where to stand. It just seemed a bit chaotic when it was busy.

Overall, the drinks are nice! I get that staff need to be trained, but it'd make sense for new staff members to come in before the shop opens to get trained, and I think some of the staff members need to be a bit more attentive....

First visit today. Expecting shop to open at 11 as advertised, it didn't. Postman turned up with mail delivery and door was opened at 11 to take mail then shut again, staff member then came out about 5 past, I asked I they were now open she said 'no we are still getting ready', went back inside the shop no apology for the wait. I left my daughter waiting with another customer, the door sign was changed to open just before 11.15 but staff member didn't have the courtesy to apologise for the wait or tell the girls store now open, a young lad then pushed through and got served first. Girls then managed to order drinks but still had to wait approx 15 mins for them. Not impressed with services so far and, manager if that is who she was needs to learn to apologise and explain why things are late. Hopefully things...

Visited the first Saturday the shop was open and glad to see that it was really busy. There was a slight wait as the staff are being trained but everyone was very friendly. The lady who took our order was really knowledgeable and explained that almost all the teas could be made vegan using soya milk. I went for the classic tea with soya milk and black tapioca pearls. Tasted delicious and I will definitely be back to try everything else!

Edit: went back a week later but there was a big queue and the wait was 30 minutes. I think this is too long to wait, especially when there's not much else to do in Farnborough and no seating for customers who...
