I love coming in here and come in most mornings with my neighbour. It is always clean, there’s usually no issue finding a table and the staff are very friendly. The manager Nicole deserves a mention as she is very friendly and her colleague Hannah. It’s worth getting the Costa App if you visit often to get a free coffee with each 10 loyalty points and bring a reusable cup as you get 2 points instead of 1 if you use it. There is a tram stop nearby if you’re visiting the area and the BBC is next door. Thanks for reading.

A good costa! As most of them are. Staff, cheerful and polite. Coffee of consistent quality. Indoor and outdoor seating - sheltered from the rain. Clean inside and spacious. Very bright as the walls are all window! So a good place to watch the world go by, or as it turned out, various meetings and people using it as a workspace.

I must say this must be one of my fav Costa as it was really quiet and clean. So peaceful to meet up with clients and have proper conversations with them. Service was good. Food and drinks are good especially my fav hot chocolate. I am looking forward to visit again and do some work with the nice atmosphere

Very Rude & Abrupt Staff !!!

I don't know the member of staffs name but it was a female with with a pony tail and glasses around 20 years old.

I came in for a Ginger Bread Latte and then the member off staff started being rude when I asked for the Ginger Bread Man that is advertised and comes included with the drink.

The member off staff was being pathetic arguing that the very small Ginger Bread Man wasn't included even though there is tv sized screens advertising the drink with a Ginger Bread Man.

I have been visiting the Costa Coffee Media City every week for years and years ( long before the rude women serving ) and expect the staff to be polite as I'm a regular customer.

I would recommend people visiting Costa Coffee in the Salford Quays Shopping Centre were they are much...

Went here today because craft beer was shut bank holiday what a shame. Unhelpful and awkward young man on the till I asked him for a cinnamon late he went across to look said no didn't give me any alternative so he asked someone else I also bought a bottle of water he never asked do I want a glass with ice I had to ask for it I also have got free drinks he never asked did I want to get one also bought sandwiches I had to ask for plates also when he was lining up the trays he moved mine at an ankle so I could get it I had to move it back poor service from Costa and he needs further training as he did not know what he was doing also we never...

Racist Staff !!! We are 8, most of us love costa coffee and we occupied a table that’s meant for a group. Suddenly a female staff rushed to us and asked us to leave the table giving the reason they will be closing in a hour. She wasn’t polite or customer friendly, we all felt embarrassed in-front of others but still we thought it’s alright and they must be busy and occupied other small tables. To our surprise Within 10 minutes we saw the same table was given to the other guest who arrived after us because they were WHITE.
