Domino's Pizza - Salford - Trafford Road — Restaurant in Salford

I ordered a Meatilicious with ADDITIONAL ground beef, sweetcorn, onions with a bbq base. What I received was just ground beef, sweetcorn, onions with a bbq base, missing the ham, chicken breast, pepperoni, sausage, bacon rashers……

It was pouring out in the rain, while I stood outside waiting for the driver to appear (he had missed called me a few times), only for me to call the store to complain, then he comes out of a car that was parked right outside of the building. So he saw me standing outside and didn’t leave his car until the store had to call him. They got my order wrong, when asked for a refund receipt they said they’re not able to provide one? So how can I ensure this was issued.. The order was placed on Sunday 5th Dec

I’ve just called the store, Thursday 9th - I’ve not received a refund. Once h mentioned an update on the refund the person was quick to rush me off the call. He said he’d call me back but didn’t take any details off me. So how is this possible?

I’ll delete this review once I receive my refund as I spend £27.22 for a half arsed pizza and terrible...

I have experienced recurring issues with my orders, specifically, the deliberate cutting of pizzas in a manner that leaves a significant gap, which is unacceptable. Despite previous complaints, this issue has not been resolved. Furthermore, I have encountered multiple instances where orders have been prepared incorrectly, despite clear and specific instructions. The process for obtaining a refund and addressing these issues has been excessively lengthy and inefficient. I must also express concern regarding the handling of complaints, as it appears that feedback is not being adequately addressed. I would appreciate a prompt investigation into these matters and a clear plan for preventing future...

Ordered from this Dominos twice now and the service has been dreadful. Was late both times with the food stone cold. The second delivery came wrong and was sent back, it turns out that the driver had also lied to us telling us he had forgotten our order and it was sitting in the shop and he had to just go and get it. However when he finally brought us our order it had in fact been delivered to someone else’s house and he had to go back and ask for it back! The reason we knew this was because a very kind person had left us a note inside the pizza box telling us!
