My Dad took my Daughter to her first match (the last match of the season) and brought her a football top she wanted for her birthday. We live 40 odd miles away. On a arriving home we discovered the megastore left the tag on the shirt. We rang to ask what to do & they said bring it back when we next go. Today (first match of the season) my Dad takes the top back & asks for the money back due to my Daughter not been able to wear it because of their mistake leaving the tag on. They said they could only give £35 back although we had the original £70 receipt. We explained the circumstances, we live 40 odd miles away and only travel for the match. The person on the phone said it would be fine. We then asked if we could at least exchange it for a bigger size instead then with my Daughter having it & not been able to wear it because THEY left the tag on it. They refused this saying they were unable to exchange with it been last seasons! We travel 40 miles and spend hundreds of pounds in the megastore every visit. That stops now. The manager Shirley, was extremely unhelpful. It was their mistake and we were reassured on the phone it would be fine and now we have to pay for their mistake. Extremely poor customer services under the circumstances. Shame after 60 years of support! Would not recommend anyone shopping here. They take your money and if they make a mistake , they do not do...

Absolutely appalling service from the store, customer service non existent. I ordered a kit and some items for my sons birthday to come to Australia. I have waited 30 working days and after multiple emails to and from with the staff, was told to check local post office (which is not normal as there is usually a calling card left for you to collect an item, they dont just go straight to the PO). Post office confirmed no package from the UK to my address. Birthday came and went, my son was absolutely devastated. I have ordered multiple items internationally recently from less recognised retailers and to expect this level of (lack of) service from the club I have followed for over 30 years really hurt.

After many emails and multiple times asking for tracking ID so I can actually track where my package is at and narrow down the delay (the customer service team tried to ignore my direct request for tracking ID), I was finally told that the items were sent with NO TRACKING ID !!!?? How do you post something internationally worth over $200AUD without tracking for goodness sakes !??

Writing this review hurts also, because although I love the club, their retail sector is deplorable.

Have requested a refund or items to be sent again with expedited shipping, no response as of yet.
