I’m really unhappy with my recent order. After placing an order on the Food Station website, I received a missed call to confirm the order, but they did not call back, and unfortunately, my voicemail service isn’t working. Later I found out my order was cancelled. Despite this, I received an email confirming the order, and the website showed a countdown of 30 minutes, which was still running.

I called the restaurant after 1 a.m., when it had already closed, to check on my order as it still hadn’t arrived. The person on the phone said they would send the food out, but I decided to walk there just in case it didn’t come.

When I got there, I noticed there was no free garlic bread with cheese, which is usually included with orders over £30. Additionally, the chips in every meal were so undercooked they har to be baked in the oven for another 25 minutes, but they still weren’t enjoyable and were extremely greasy. They mentioned that they added a free portion of wings, but they were left uneaten as all the food tasted like it was from the end of the day which I was really disappointed in because I usually have good things to say. Usually, this place is a 10/10, but tonight I really didn’t feel valued as a customer. The chips were inedible, and everything just felt greasy and had a greasy flavour. Plus there was a fingerprint mark on my cookie dough and that part was left and thrown away. I am writing this review to make others aware of an absolutely abhorrent experience I had with a delivery from Food Station & Shakes through Uber Eats. My encounter with their delivery person was nothing short of disgraceful, and I feel compelled to share the details.

First and foremost, the delivery took an inexcusably long time, far beyond the expected time frame. The delivery guy then took my personal number under the pretense of needing it for the address, only to subsequently blame me for a mistake in the address that I did not make.

The situation escalated further when he brazenly denied delivering my food, insisting that I prove I wouldn't claim a refund for this order. During this entire debacle, he engaged in a call with his boss, ignoring me as if I were inconsequential, and using language so inappropriate that it defies belief.

Moreover, his appearance was alarmingly sketchy, adding to the distress of the situation. I have already filed a serious incident complaint with Uber Eats and will not hesitate to pursue legal action.

Let me be clear: The behavior exhibited by this individual is inexcusable, reflecting poorly on both Food Station & Shakes and Uber Eats.
